Mission

The Catham Athletic Boosters heartily supports and endorses the

philosophies, codes of conduct and mission of high school athletics

and the values of Catholic education that are promoted and

expected by the administrators, teachers and coaches at Badin

High School.

General Information

The Catham Club was founded in 1944 by Hamilton Catholic High

School. The primary objective is to provide financial support to all

inter-scholastic athletic programs at Badin High School. The money

raised by the Catham is used to fund purchases such as team

uniforms, equipment and supplies.

In 2015, the club was renamed Catham Athletic Boosters.

The Catham Athletic Boosters is comprised of Badin's athletic

director, four officers, a team representative from each sport and

any other interested persons. All parents of athletes are

automatically considered members. The meetings are held the

second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM and all are welcome.

The Catham Athletic Boosters’ annual budget is approximately $75-

80,000 supporting 21 boys and girls sports teams by providing

uniforms for all teams, equipment such as balls, nets, helmets and

more. We ask for your support of the following events to help us

raise the needed funds!

 Athletic Programs – fall, winter, and spring

The athletic participation fee, collected by the school, pays for:

transportation to away games, coaches; salaries, referee and

umpire fees, coaches; clinics, field rental and maintenance, game

officials for home events and other various sports expenses. This

fee is not included in the Catham budget.
