
9 Student Athletes Commit| Class of 2026 Total Rises to 34
It was another exciting Signing Day as nine student-athletes officially committed to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level. With this latest group, the Class of 2026 now boasts an impressive 34 student-athletes who have signed to compete in college athletics, a testament to the strength and dedication of this class. This success is not new. The Class of 2022 had 28 signees, the Class of 2023 had 29 signees, the Class of 2024 had 23 Signees, the Class of 2025 had 27 signees. In the last 5 years that brings the total to 141 Student Athletes with a few more expected in this Class of 2026.
Among those recognized were standout athletes across multiple sports. Ben Sakach signed with Tiffin University to continue his football career, while Blake Sakach will head to Ohio Northern University to compete in soccer.
The success continued across the board, as Cole Parr committed to Capital University for soccer, and Declan Brown will take the field at Thomas More University for football. Luke Campbell signed with Lincoln Trail College to play baseball, and Alex Pate will continue his football career at West Liberty University.
In track & field, Tina Becker will represent Wright State University at the next level, while Eli Stroud will continue his basketball career at Wilmington College. Rounding out the group, Rocco Milazzo signed with the University of Rio Grande to play football.
This group represents a diverse and talented collection of student-athletes who have put in countless hours to reach this milestone. Their success reflects not only their individual commitment, but also the support of their coaches, teammates, families, and the broader school community.
With 34 members of the Class of 2026 now set to compete collegiately, this class continues to leave a lasting mark and set a high standard for future student-athletes to follow.
